Shipping policy

The first port of call for any warranty, return, or shipping queries is to get in touch with us. You can do this via the form on our home page and we will fill you in on the relevant processes, along with the terms & conditions.

 

Shipping times for any standard items will generally be within 3-5 business days 

 

Some bulkier items or special order products from certain suppliers (i.e: Victron) may take longer depending on stock at the vendor warehouse, you will be kept up to date via emails. 

 

Returns will only be accepted for unopened, unused products. 

 

Any fees related to returns will be the responsibility of the customer except for special circumstances. (This includes shipping fees and restocking fees.)

 

All returns must include the copy of your order receipt that will be shipped with your order and sent to you via email.

 

Refunds or store credits for returned products will only be applied once the product is received and processed at our warehouse. 

  1. Warranty claims must be processed via the terms & conditions of the manufacturers factory warranty. Any warranty claims made via MarineBatteryCo. will have to approved by the manufacturer before we are able to facilitate any replacements or refunds.
